CSSNA (Cummins Sales and Service North America) is 3,700 locations and countless heroic stories that keep Cummins' diehard customers in operation. Like many service providers faced with increasingly urgent environmental and economic disruptions, members of the CSSNA team had lost touch with the impact of their work. We suggested a custom, internal comms series to tell important stories of CSSNA's relentless individuals and measurable impact, with the tagline, "That's just what we do." The campaign won best in category for promotional videos / product or service as well as gold for web video - short at the 2024 Horizon Interactive Awards, but more importantly CSSNA saw a significant increase in employee engagement scores.
